Garland

This is the second time I'm wearing Garland in the past 3 weeks- it is such an incredible color it's teal without being too green or too Blue it is so perfect! The shimmer is divine -you can absolutely Chrome this dip, it would give a gold shimmer without overpowering or overtaking the color itself. The dip is like a smooth creamy butter I did not have to file or buff at all! If you're considering this color, take my word for it it's amazing!
